We are blessed because of His goodness and faithfulness, not because of our goodness. He took our sin; we took His righteousness, I walk away with something I never had, righteousness!
Jesus’ worthiness and acceptance before God was transferred into us at the cross. Today, God favours you the same way He favours His Son. Therefore, Jesus takes it personally when believers are being persecuted, it’s like He is being persecuted. Paul persecuted the believers, thinking he was working for the Lord, he was working against the Lord. Make sure you’re walking in the rhythm of His grace!
