Once death was the greatest power, Adam’s sin allowed death to be the greatest power.
At the cross, Jesus defeated death once and for all. Death met its death in Jesus Christ.
Death no longer has power over you, or anything associated with death. You have come up out of the grave with Christ.
Jesus’ resurrection transcended death is the reason why it’s the greatest power in the universe.
Jesus rose from the dead transcending every limitation known to man. Because you stand on resurrection ground, you walk in His resurrection power. Jesus’ resurrection was not just being raised from the dead, but destroying death altogether.
Death has lost its sting for the believer; death is swallowed up in victory.
