Description
Elijah was in the wrong place; He didn’t fulfil his ministry. The Lord said, “What are you doing “here” Elijah?” So, Elijah left “here”, (hiding in a cave under condemnation and self occupation) to go “there”.
Elijah stood on the mountain before the Lord. The Lord was shifting his focus off himself and the distraction and onto the Lord. Elijah realised the Lord was in the “still small voice”. The voice of grace, the voice of rest.
It’s important to make sure your strength is an inner strength. Allow the rest on the inside to be stronger than noise on the outside to hear from the Lord. Then what starts as a still small voice on the inside will now manifest on the outside!
